Important Notice

This page is a product-ready terms template for operational clarity and must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production use in any jurisdiction. It is not legal advice and does not replace customer employment, payroll, privacy, tax, or regulatory obligations.

Platform Scope

MeetsIn People Suite provides tenant-based HRIS, employee records, attendance review, leave entitlement, payroll preparation, payslip export, performance, support, audit, recruitment pipelines, job boards, assessments, AI interview support, AI Interview Assistant, analytics, billing, usage metering, and assistant workflows.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for lawful data collection, employee/candidate notices, employment decisions, payroll validation, BPJS/tax settings, working-hour policy, overtime policy, leave entitlement, approval rules, and internal compliance before relying on generated outputs.

Accounts, Roles, and Access

Each tenant controls its users and roles. Owner/admin users manage billing, settings, users, and access. HR, recruiter, manager, L&D, member, and viewer roles should follow least privilege. Customers must remove users promptly when access is no longer required.

Authentication and Session Security

Users must keep passwords confidential, complete signup/email verification OTP when required, enable Authenticator 2FA where mandated by their organization, avoid account sharing, and report suspected compromise. MeetsIn may invalidate sessions, require re-authentication, rate-limit access, or suspend accounts to protect tenant data.

Billing and Subscription

Plans are billed in USD through Stripe unless another written agreement exists. IDR display is an estimate only. Subscription status controls access to operational modules. Trials may be limited previews and may require payment before full module access.

Pay-As-You-Go Usage

Pay-as-you-go may apply to AI assessment, AI interview, AI Interview Assistant, additional active employees, and additional user seats. Usage events are recorded by metric, quantity, reference, currency, and timestamp. Customers should review usage before invoice settlement.

Customer Data Ownership

Customers retain ownership of company, employee, candidate, payroll, leave, attendance, support, policy, and recruitment data. MeetsIn processes data to operate the service, provide support, maintain security, generate outputs, and deliver requested automations.

AI-Assisted Features

AI features generate drafts, summaries, scores, questions, analyses, and recommendations. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by authorized humans before employment, compensation, disciplinary, or legal decisions.

Payroll and HR Disclaimer

Payroll, BPJS, tax, overtime, OIL, leave, and payslip calculations depend on customer configuration and local policy. Customers must validate formulas, rates, and legal treatment before paying employees or filing official reports.

Acceptable Use

The service may not be used for unlawful discrimination, surveillance outside lawful workplace policy, credential sharing, reverse engineering, malicious automation, spam, unauthorized scraping, cross-tenant access attempts, or processing data without proper authorization.

Availability and Changes

MeetsIn may improve, modify, suspend, or retire features to maintain reliability, security, compliance, or product quality. Material changes should be communicated through product notices, release notes, customer success, or updated documentation.

Confidentiality

Each party should protect confidential information using reasonable safeguards. Customer exports, invoices, payslips, candidate reports, and assistant summaries should only be shared with authorized recipients.

Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended for non-payment, security risk, abuse, legal requirement, or breach. Upon termination, customers should export required records and follow applicable retention/deletion obligations.

Liability Boundary

MeetsIn provides workflow automation and decision support. Final decisions and legal compliance remain with the customer. Any production agreement should define warranties, liability cap, indemnity, governing law, dispute process, and service-level commitments.
